I would not stay with you again. The bed was wholly uncomfortable, far too firm, the pillows were horrid despite us asking for extra (three pillows for two people is really not enough). The mattress at an inch thick was a joke. There was no air con despite it still being warm outside at this time of year. The lack of ironing facilities for the room was ridiculous, I do not appreciate having to carry my clean clothes across the foyer and then wait in a queue to use the one iron and ironing board for guests.

Check in and checkout were easy with no issues.
Room was clean and very good.
Hotel staff was not particularly helpful, except Roberto at the bar late night. He was nice and working very hard.
Biggest complaint was breakfast line was so long I couldn't use it because I had a train to make.
Also, no help with catching a cab to the train station.

Nice clean rooms as always with Ibis. The breakfast was fantastic. Great price. Taxis always available on location which was nice we did not have to wait for one. English speaking staff. great location. The lobby was fantastic several areas for small groups to hang out. I would highly recommend Ibis. We used Ibis also in Sydney no issues there either. Check out was the easiest we have ever experienced.

I was very impressed with the IBIS Milano Centro. Ibis is a low cost hotel, so I wasn't expecting anything special. However, the room was larger than I expected, perfectly clean with a working comfortable air-con system. The reception was large, and no queue. Additional services like free boarding-card printing impressed me a great deal. The bar / restaurant was good quality food and fairly priced.
