Hotel itself is not half bad, kithen staff are extremely helpful and friendlyz rooms are clean and well kept. However, the reason for such a low rating is the fact that after big shopping day hotel maid decided to throw all of our shopping bags for no good reason. Inside those bags we had our tax free receipts that were worth about 600€. When i told receptionist they found the bags but no envelopes and no further actions were taken. Case of extreme incompetence and mismanagement of the hotel.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable in this hotel. The counter staff were also friendly and helpful. The location is very central to many sites.
I found this hotel very noisy though. There seemed to be constant door banging throughout the night. Maybe the lift doors. So I wouldn't stay again.
