Should be 3 star instead of 4. Rooms without safe box, so if you leave your passport with reception be careful not to forget it when you checkout because they wont even remember it! That what almost happened to me

Nice friendly staff. Walkable distance to the P.zzo and Duma. Also walkable to moat consulate.

The entire place needs renovation very badly! It's falling apart. Clean bathroom - I did not appreciate the (minimum 20 yrs old!) carpet in the bedroom. Breakfast was all right and staff are kind, the premise is overall well kept. But the details definitely screw it as it is everywhere very clear that furniture and decor are obsolete and scratched or chipped off badly from all angles. Lampshades in my room were worn out and had holes in them - bathroom taps and fittings as well as tiles were badly tarnished. Not up to a 4 stars expectation in 2017 Milan...
