Hello,
Michael & Giovanna here from Sydney, Australia, in January of this year 2017 we married in a beautiful place in the centre of Sardinia, Italy, a town known as Austis, we used the service of Euronoleggi to help transport our family from the various locations. The location really truly made our big day that extra special, not only because Giovanna’s Dad lives there but also because of the friendliness and care the local people showed us, we would recommend Agriturismo Carale in Austis to anyone looking for a peaceful beautiful scenery with caring people. The place and people made it beautiful but it was the service of Euronoleggi that made it possible.
As Giovanna and I are not from Sardinia; a large majority of our guests would be travelling from a different country and also as the location of Austis is up in the picturesque mountains of the centre of Sardinia, we decided the best way for our guests to travel would be to travel together by bus, everyone being together will always make for a more enjoyable journey.
Luckily we came across Euronoleggi, by searching online, reading the reviews and the information on their website we decided that this was the company for us. The lady that helped us from the beginning to the end was so friendly and very professional, she always replied promptly to emails and offered her assistants at any time throughout the duration of their service, which was really helpful as we had to make a last minute change to pick up locations and times, we also spoke with another friendly staff member when we requested the use of two baby seats, this was also at very short notice but he took on the request with no issues, we have to give the staff members of Euronoleggi a 10/10, especially when it comes to the bus driver. This was actually the best part of the service provided to us by Euronoleggi. The driver was a real gentleman, so nice and caring towards our family, he always offered his hand with helping people when stepping off and on the bus and also helping as much as he could with carrying luggage, everyone spoke highly of him, he was even invited to share meals with our family, it was like he was part of the family, people were sad to say good bye to him, I think that his warm personality made everyone feel more comfortable when traveling, which made the journeys much easier and shorter, his skills as a driver where also really tested on the narrow, curvy, snowy roads, but I am sure that the passengers always felt safe with him behind the wheel, a real professional with a gentleman’s heart, we hope that we are lucky enough to meet him again sometime.
