Nice hotel, comfortable. But.....don’t go outside, horrible neighbourhood, glad we only stayed one night before going to airport

Close to the train station and the room was very nice. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good, and the staff was very easy to communicate with. Although the neighborhood is very busy and during the rain traffic could be heard blowing horns, not a bad place for a short stay.

Good location, a bit to the east but the centre is still easily walkable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, good airco! Only thing I miss for a 4 star hotel in a warm country is a swimmingpool.

Location is pretty nice, close to main station. Rooms and beds are very nice. Breakfast is fine. Staff doesn't always speak English and the lack of a swimming pool is a pity in the heat of Napoli.

Friendly, but scruffy. This may have been a 4 star hotel 30 years ago, but it is 1 or 2 stars now. I doubt if there's been any refurbishment in many years.
Great location near the train station......choose better. They still manage to charge 4 star prices too.
Will I came back? No chance.
