it look very nice on the picture but the room recieved were without privecy i couldn't sleep

Difficult to rate. The exterior is beautiful, nice gardens and swimming pool the interior is a little dated and rooms definitely need updating. I noticed a lot of dust in the room, shower is hot and cold. Breakfast ok. Staff friendly but I got a scratch on my car and they said they would follow up by email - they didn't. Good food and location and not far from Pisa.

Cute Tuscan Villa. Rooms are spacious and have great views.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was courteous. The exterior and outside dining area were beautiful and the surrounding mountains were a breathe taking scene. Dinner was good and the breakfast that is provided was beyond our expectations. The selection for breakfast was outstanding and the food was delicious. The pool is a great temperature and the overall ambiance of the hotel was wonderful. We will be coming back!
