No problems with the rooms or service at all, except for only having one card. This limited being able to charge any devices while out but that's understandable (electricity would cost a fair bit). Only downside was the heaters and the Aircon not working. Safe worked perfectly, minibar in immaculate condition, and a beautiful reception and dining room / bar. 10/10 would choose to come here again if I visit Lucca in the future.

Good sistemation for our stay in Lucca. The hotel is located in the city centre, near Piazza dell'anfiteatro, the clock tower and tower giunigi. The breakfast is really good and the hotel has all the comfort!!

Very helpful staff in a very well located hotel. Family room with AC made a great overnight base. High Frescoed ceiling made a nice touch. Hotel can provide parking in a little garage near the hotel (extra charge)

Well located in the center of Lucca but not enough value for money!
This hotel with friendly staff in reception is by no means luxurious but well located near by the pedestrian area and Piazza Anfiteatro. It is possible to enjoy a drink outside the bar room.
Dead mosquitoes on the room walls, the promised minibar was to repair, no lift, too small breakfast room, cleaning staff do not respect the red door sign.
