The staff were very welcoming and helpful... The hotel hygiene was to the satisfied level... and their breakfast was good and had a good variety. Besides its location which is very close to Levanto railway station that takes you to the picturesque villages of Cinque Terre... The whole experience was amazing.

A nice, stylish hotel with very accommodating and serviceable staff. Clean, big rooms with a super view over Levanto (on the correct side) aswell as a small spa department. Excellent food (breakfast and supper alike) and a very handy shuttle service that will pick you up at one of a couple of points in Levanto. Close in proximity to the train station so it's easy to get to the villages in the national park.

Awesome service and welcome. Fantastic for children including a great swimming pool with a shallow side, board games and kapla, antipasti buffet with a great selection.

If you are driving in to visit Cinque Terre this hotel is an ideal base. It is a big an well maintained property. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and put a lot of effort to make sure you can visit everything. At chekin we got a map with all good Levanto restaurants marked on it, and boat and train schedules. You can buy boat tickets from the reception - no need to line up in the harbor. The hotel is close to the train station, but perched on a hill. However, they run a very efficient free shuttle system to drop you off and pick you up from anywhere in Levanto. You can also walk from the train station, but it is a 15 minute hike. Breakfast was also very good for a 4-star hotel.
