L'auto noleggiata era pronta all'utilizzo ma il parabrezza internamente non era stato pulito dalle ventose e dalle impronte del precedente utilizzatore.

Had to wait 9 hours for our booked car. Others were waiting as well for several hours. Very poor organisation. Disappointed as we chose Hertz because of its reputation.

The car was good. On returning it 20 minutes after 12, which is the time we had booked. We were charged a late arrival fee and an extra day at a high cost and the contract was closed without allowing to access the for that extra day for which we had been charged.
