I booked a car online, and when I got there I had to take a tiket and wait in line for 45 minutes. This was just to get to the counter. After that we went in the parking lot and waited another 30 minutes for the car. This is not acceptable. We rented a small car for 3 days. The car was washed and was well mantained. The staff from the parking lot was very friendly. The ones from the booking counter were not as friendly.

Terrible Service. Slow moving lines - less than 10 people progress in 40 minutes with 4 people on staff.
Winrent nearby is waiting for customer service (should have booked there)

Friendly personal at the counter and made me an upgrade when they didn't had my car, when getting the car it's another story, the car they gave me had lot's of scratches and the paper said it had none, when I asked him to see he didn't even wanted to, after insisting he complained about writing in the paper but did it, but really didn't wanted to. The good part is that at delivery they didn't looked at anything except the kilometerstand, so everything went well.
