Locale veramente particolare, che in realtà e' una scuola di cucina e di accoglienza per studenti stranieri. Organizzano mostre fotografiche e di pittura. Insomma un locale nuovo per stile e concezione.

Alright so this place is great! It's 5 Euro for aperitivo on Wednesday nights. The reason is because it's from one of the schools and students culinary students cook here on Wednesday night's. When my wife and I were staying in Florence for three months we definitely frequented this place. One thing though is that once you've been once it's basically the same set of food each week. They switch up some things but the overall menu is the same. Lastly aperitivo includes, all you can eat food and one mixed drink or whatever alcoholic beverage of your choice. It's the one thing we absolutely loved about Italy. Aperitivo is literally the best.

I've been a student here at FUA for about 2 years now, and can't say enough good things about Ganzo! The food is well priced and the unique dishes done by the advanced culinary program are phenomenal! The managers and teachers have truly made it an experience I will remember. Not to mention their Wednesday AperiGanzo is amazing with only 5 euro at the door with a free drink, with an amazing buffet spread as you enjoy your meal you can order additional cocktails for only 5 euro and even their own wine corner run by there wine students!

Always a great spot to eat! This is a school restaurant, so chefs and servers are students at Florence University of the Arts. They are always friendly and eager to learn. The menu changes every three weeks and is consistently delicious. Whether it be the food, staff, atmosphere...I have never had a bad experience here!

Ganzo is an experiential learning lab restaurant for culinary and hospitality college students, open to the public. It is managed and run by the students along side their teachers. Eating at Ganzo is a really unique experience because you get to see the students put their knowledge into actions.
The food is prepared by the culinary students and needless to say, every dish is phenomenal. Prepared with passion, fresh ingredients and talent from all over the world. Every dish is of good quality, delicious and inexpensive.
The menu changes every few weeks which also makes going there a habit because you always want to try the new things.
It is so refreshing and unique to go to a restaurant where not everything is perfect, the servers don’t have the 12 hour fake smile on their face still and there is room for mistakes, it puts some fun into eating out!
I highly recommend this place, for the food but especially for the experience.
