The hotel is very nice, quite comfortable, and very conveniently located. The staff who helped us check in earlier in the day were a fantastic help and gave us an excellent dinner recommendation. They were helpful with our baggage, helped explain the amenities of the hotel and room very well, and had a plethora of recommendations for sight seeing and other food choices!
We had one small issue our first night, but it was addressed and resolved by the hotel manager himself, very promptly! Our visit here has been very comfortable and we'd love to extend our gratitude to the staff and manager for making it so.

Excellent staff , very helpful & friendly. Room very clean. Privacy is perfect. Location is nearby everything. Felt very safe and not Only thing the gym is too small with few equipments. Highly recommend it!

Stayed here for a week and we couldn't be happier! Suite was amazing, and the staff were among the most helpful, happy and charming people I've met!
Ideal location just close to the Ponte Vecchio bridge, and I'd definitely book again when we return.
Although the Spa was on the small side for a group, it was perfect to be booked out for a romantic hour or two.

High Priced but very nice!!! The staff was incapable of helping us and the air conditioners was ruined!
