WARNING : unsafe neighborhood , this hotel is technically out of Florence, i didn't feel safe on daylight and in the night it's a nightmare, the street is full of prostitutes and very dark . With the morning traffic around Florence it takes at least one hour by bus to reach duomo. while Google map says it takes 20 mins. Bus stop is 5 mins walking from hotel. The buses in this area working very bad they leave you easily. You need to change 2 buses to reach train station or duomo. Hotel itself is the dirtiest hotel i have seen in my life, the room smells humid. Bed is very old and I never felt comfortable, it is very deep in some areas and solid in another part. Breakfast was terrible, they only serve toast bread while there is no toaster and you must eat raw bread ! We stayed 4 nights for the rate of 80 EUR per night but i would never comeback even for lower rate . I would suggest you skip the Florence trip if this is the last hotel available ! Don't believe fake reviews here saying it's average hotel, it's just the worst .

Wow, - absolutely blown away by the outstanding service, a real credit to yourselves, what a quant little hotel , I abso loved it!!!!!

Very good organized hotel and located in a quiet area near to airoport, bus stations, restaurants and many other facilities. Very professional and helpful staff. Good and clean rooms with big balconies. Aboundant breakfast included!
