Exceptional service throughout our stay. Simple rooms but clean and with strong AC. Great value.

Ideally located just steps away from Piazza del Duomo you couldn't be closer to everything Firenze has to offer. The rooms are very nice with high ceilings and modern bathroom. The breakfast buffet has everything including a pancake machine and freshly made eggs, coffees and juices. Hotel staff is amazing and make you feel at home from the moment you check in. Highly recommended!

The beds were really uncomfortable and the pillows were the same. Nice bathroom. Breakfast was ok but not more than that. Too pricey for what you got. I would recommend another hotel if possible (for the same amount of money - 160 euro/night). Good location however.

Good stuff:
*Excellent service. Front desk was very friendly and always eager to help.
*Free breakfast for all the guests with varied, good menu.
*Excellent location near city's historical centre.
*Rooms are large with a safe, they're clean and comfortable!
*Room cleaning service comes every day and we were satisfied with it.
* Good value for price paid
*Free WiFi!
Bad stuff:
* AC/Heating wasn't user friendly. The temperature meter for the heater doesn't work.
* Room service sometimes puts less toiletries and towels than needed.
* Some doors don't lock from the inside/outside.
