Clean and relatively quiet in such a busy area. Breakfast very substantial. Helpful, friendly staff. Only 1km walk from train station.

Great location in a hipper area of Florence. Within walking distance of the key tourist attractions. Smaller and older rooms (by American standards). Very friendly staff. Breakfast was a definite plus

The location of the hotel is the only good thing about the establishment. The front desk staff tried scamming my friends and I due to "technical" problems and overbooking issues while we were staying here for a school trip. The staff acted very inappropriately, yelling and cursing at us. They also made racist comments against us. Housekeeping staff were kind and assisted in any room issues.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was nice and had a great view through large windows. Breakfast included meats, cheeses, assured pastries, and cereals. Wifi was very fast.
