Ten minute walk from the train station - no taxi needed. Lovely and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. The junior sweet was more spacious than I was expecting for Florence. Great breakfast in the morning. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very centrally located, minutes away from all the major attractions and the train station as well as the bus stand. Room included breakfast which was substantial and offered lots of choice. The staff is super helpful though the hotel could use some updating.

Rooms are clean and fully featured. The coffee machine is a lovely touch with affordable extra charges. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The one place which shows a little wear is the bathroom. The flush was slightly off it's hinge and the shower would leak from one corner. Apart from that the experience has been fantastic and I'm sure this kind of complaint doesn't stretch to other rooms.

Amazing stay at this gorgeous hotel. The staff is really helpful - if you need to book a ticket for a museum or dinner they'll do it in no time, and always with a smile on. The atmosphere is really welcoming. The breakfast buffet is well stocked and there's quite a lot of choice. One nitpick - the bathroom. Gorgeous but a bit tiny, and the shower/bath should have better splash screen, because water leaks too easily. Better ventilation system would also be good as the room tends to get a bit humid. But these are nitpicks, definitely not something that will ruin your stay.
