Really nice hotel. Very friendly staff well appointed rooms and complimentary breakfast. Very handy for the railway station 5 minutes walk and no more than 10 minutes to Florence centre. Enjoyed our stay here

Everything was fine. No issues. Just not warranting 5 stars. Not flexible on bookings after they are made.

Very good hotel. Small, cosy rooms and an all you can eat restaurant. Would stay here again.

Wonderful customer service. Walked us to our rooms and handled all the luggage. Spoke English. Helped us book city tours. Not to mention the hotel itself is beautiful! 15 min walk to city center,
