Rented a van with driver for 12 hours to drive my family in Italy with a stops at sights. Driver was totally unfriendly, and rushed us from each location so he could be done early for the day. My mum can't walk too far and we had requested that driver stop us as close to the sites as possible. There was no attempts to do that at all. At Assisi, he pulled over in a parking lot at the bottom of a hill where the escalator was broken. It was at the furthest edge of the town, so mum had to stay back and missed out on the sites. I definitely don't recommend them.
