My comment is not about the service. It is about a guy named Lorenzo who works in Car Rental Group in Borgo Ognissanti. I was on a business trip and forgot my bag on the street with all I had inside. Fortunately Lorenzo took it and whatsapped me saying he had my bag. I still do not have words to thank him, so I am here to give this feedback in order to, one more time, appreciate this great gesture! Thank you Lorenzo!

DO NOT RENT WITH THEM still after six months they are taking money off my card and using the excuse of 'service fee' four separate 'service fees' now!

We rented a car from Car Rental Group through a booking agency. We rented a car for 13:00. At 13:15 they told us the car will come "soon". I try to ask how long soon is, they say max 5 minutes. 13:45, still no car. I ask them one more time where the car is, as we're a part of a bigger group that are all waiting for us to receive our car. In a condescending and offensive manner they tell me it's not their fault the car is not there. At 14:00 the car arrives. They had no interest in providing us service or give us further information about what caused the delay. They simply said it was not their fault and ignored our questions. Nobody said sorry about the delay, asked if we wanted something to drink or similar. No service what-so-ever, while we unwillingly wait 1 hour in the sun.
When we returned the car they told me to pay a bigger fee then the one listed in my contract with the booking agency. I don't know whether is was Car Rental Group or the agency that had the price wrong, but what I know is that the way the former handled the situation was really poor. I tried to show them my contract with the booking agency, but they had no interest in that. Once again they couldn't care less about explaining the situation or trying to help us out. Something has obviously gone wrong in the communication between the agency and Car Rental Group. Whoever was in the wrong - the agency or you - I as a customer shouldn't be put in such a threatening and uncomfortable sitaution, and forced to pay extra.
Both pick-up and delivery of the truck were very unpleasent experiences, due to the unfriendly and at times threatening staff.

We were very happy to do business with them but be careful with your Credit Card information!!!!!!! I rented a car at this place at the end of March and the total (the final, correct amount), was deducted from my credit card with no problem, to my surprise more than a month later I saw 3 unauthorized charges on my credit card for different amounts from this place. Someone is obviously keeping credit card information from foreigners to use it for unauthorized charges. So sad someone working here can ruin the way these people do business, thanks to my credit card I will not be responsible for these unauthorized charges!

We recently had to hire a 7 seater van in Florence and could not find one in Avis, Hertz, SixT or Knowleggi. With no choice, we had to book through this company. The guy we were dealing with was acting very funny and un professional. One guy in the office indeed is sensible and spoke nicely. The van though was good and we had no issues.
While coming back we could not find a fuel station and they charged us a whopping Eur 25 as service charge for filling.
Found overall unfriendly and unprofessional team. Also very small unorganized player.
