Lovely local restaurant, tucked away in a back street of Florence. Away from the tourists. Interesting and delicious menu, and true Florentine flavor.

We left after 45 minutes of being totally ignored while two tables of locals seated well after us were fully waited on. And the place was barely half full. Very unwelcoming to this traveling family of four.

The starter was good, so I had high hopes. However, both of our primi were really bland. The gnudi had no shape and lacked strength, though flavor was good... and my boyfriend's tortello had no flavor at all. I've had better food close by, and cheaper.

Really great traditional Italian dishes. We got homemade specials that we had never heard of. Great ambience. Waitress and Manager were very friendly and helpful.
