Impatient with everyone - even people not in line. Of the things ordered, they messed up two and only got one right because we corrected them.
Expect a long line with no integrity to first in, first out. And the food is... okay-ish.
Just bizarre. This is not what I've been witnessing within Italy. This is intentionally far worse. They are exerting extra energy to be negative and hostile.

They don't care make the people wating at 0630 am. Instead of serving the people the employees prefer to talk to each other and customers must wait queueing 20 minutes to get a cofee!!!
