We have visited Tempo more than once during our Tuscan vacation. The service is excellent, with waiters who speak many languages (Including English). The food was fresh, savory and with incredible flavors. The Pici Orta (Vegetarian pasta) was cooked perfectly and had wonderful flavors. My husband ordered the Tagliata (a beautiful steak) with rosemary and green peppers. It was cooked perfectly and
next time we returned my husband had the same thing but with truffles. It was wonderful as well. The owner came to our table to make certain our meal was good and then brought complementary cookies to the table with limoncello. This was one of our two best dining experiences in all Italy. We recommend it highly!
