Friendly staff but constrained by rules / lack of training. Breakfast service on roof far too slow and surcharge a disgrace. Very comfortable beds and generally spacious. Could do much better for a “grand” hotel.

We stayed here on that last night of our vacation and it was beautiful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious, breakfast was amazing and the views from the rooftop restaurant were great!

Great hotel. Stayed a couple of night and everything was fine. Large room, comfortable bed. Bathroom could use a bit more renovation. But everything was clean otherwise.
Free breakfast is great with many options. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Roof top is great with a nice view.
Only bad point is WiFi connection which is very limited (can't do anything except Web browsing) and very slow. Don't count on it for working.

Great place to stay in Catania. it also have a lovely terrace. Want a kick drink and great dinner. Step by!

Stayed in UNA Palace for 3 weeks (currently on my 2nd week). The staff is courteous and very helpful. This may be my "go-to" place to stay when I visit Catania. Great room and price. Breakfast is a little repetitive though.
