The model we wanted was supposed to be ready 1 hour after our arrival, so we have decided to wait. 1 hour later we have been told we had to wait another 30 min, so we did. After that time the car was still not ready, and because we were in a hurry they told us we could take the car without washing or wait for another 30 min! They had other cars available but we have never been offered un upgrade to solve our problem. We found the customer service very bad.

Per me è una truffa 4 gg di noleggio 675€ .
All’inizio mi dicevano che 300€ sarebbero state risarcite ed oggi mi hanno detto che il complessivo è di 675€ e i 300€ erano in più per la cauzione. Per un totale di 975€ se ci fossero stati danni. Esagerato con quei soldi compravo una macchina

Stole my money. they will charge additional money from your card etc.

They are expensive, and have an open-ended policy that means they can keep your deposit (€300 for a Nissan Micra), regardless of how the damage was caused.
The customer service team is extremely rude.

DONT US THE THIEVES! They stole my deposit for no reason and stopped answering phones calls and responding to emails. police are now investigating. The car was of very poor quality as well.
