Rude customer service. They refused to rent us the car that we reserved and paid for. In the reservation my wife was appointed as the driver but our shared creditcard is in my name. Aparantly thats not allowed. So nothing could be done...unless we paid them a 300 euro additional fee on top of what we already paid. Well then if we pay of course it could be solved. It cost me 4 hours with my crying baby in a Hot airport and we got nowhere. I would not recommend anyone to rent at Herz. There are many other nice car rental companies right outside the airport to consider. They are more customer oriented.

Good car rental agency, you know what you pay for. Better order on hertz website before you get there, prices are reasonable. otherwise they will automatically include all the optional insurances at very high prices and they won't let you pay only the basic rental fee.

Very helpful and kind staff. Didn't try to force additional products and the most hassle free rental car return we've ever experienced. Highly recommended.
