Been here nearly 2 hours already queuing....

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Our worst nightmare... this company is cheap for a reason. We waited over an hour in the queue at the desk in which others had been waiting nearer 2 hours. When we finally made it to the front the woman told us that the small car that we had booked was not available which usually would've been ok but we planned to drive along the Amalfi Coast. Then after going through all the details (another 10 minutes) she asked us for a card for the deposit. Assuming a debit card would be fine we tried to proceed but were told that they only accepted credit cards. After pleading with her and even offering her the cash she still wouldn't budge. We then had to negotiate with other rentals companies and ended up paying another £220. The very last thing we wanted to be doing at 10pm. Since coming home we have tried to obtain a refund but have had no luck.

I was not expecting much - all the hire places are pretty similar (i.e. inefficient, manual) - so took the chance to save some money. Queued for 30 mins. However, these guys use a FRAUDULENT SALES APPROACH when trying to up-sell. They LIE. BEWARE!!!

Worst cutomer services! Because was full of people and was not to many cars to offer we sell me just one option with the most expensive insurance.. when there is more options.. the guy from the desk took advantage from the situation

Price for renting was very reasonable although we waited in a que for over two hours to collect our car in Naples. The "small" car we wanted was changed to an estate which I would normally consider an upgrade but we specifically wanted a small car for driving around the manic city of Naples. Return was very quick without an issue. Unfortunately I would not recommend and would pay more for a faster service.
