3 star rooms. Dark dingy corridors leading to very basic rooms, sparsely furnished, rock hard beds and bathrooms requiring maintenance. We had a leaking shower, missing grout in tiles, mould around the shower base and the shower rose needed repair. Definitely not 5 star accommodation. Very disappointed after checking photos and reviews before we booked.

Nice hotel and décor, friendly and attentive staff. Only thing I would ask is to improve on sound insulation - I could literally hear the conversation from the couple next door!

VISITOR ALERT! This Hotel sucks, very bad service and rude, NO HUMANITY AT ALL. Here's what happened: I am living the hotel for coupld of nights. Later evening, my good friend came visit me, we did nothing but sit in the lobby and chatting(not loud at all). One staff show up and said my friend have to go because she doesn't live in this hotel, and then the staff loudly argue with us. The saff is REALLY RUDE AND MEAN!!!! Then my friend had a heart attack, we ask for a few minutes to let her sit down and rest. The hotel staff insist to KICK HER OUT OF HOTEL and he is super mad for no reason. How could you treat people like that? Worse experience in Italy.
