The Fontelina restaurant is beautifully located, although access to the beach and swimming section is only accessible at a cost of €25.
The dishes look and taste great, but are rather steeply priced compared to other locations on Capri of similar quality.
Service is not of a level you would expect.
The restaurant offers a boat service to the closest harbor, but this is only offered after 15:00h, for €5. Before 15:00h it costs €15 per person.
The walk down to the restaurant is very steep and the hike back up may prove hard for someone of average fitness.

Picturesque stunning views at this particular beach club. Truly something out of a movie. Service could have been better as the greeting was not as friendly and welcoming as some of the other less pricier beach clubs I had been to. I think you get better service if you book multiple days or if you are a regular. Food at the restaurant was a hit or miss. Seafood pasta was delicious whilst the shrimp penne was over salted and underwhelming. Not cheap for bottles of water so if you're staying there for the entire day, you will either be nursing a nearly 10 euro bottle or spending more than you would like on water. Regardless, it was definitely a worthwhile experience and looking forward to my next visit.

Nice beach club and a great location. Staff as mentioned is very rude except for the split second when they had you your bill and mention tip is not included. The younger staff were good so I tipped them directly. The food was decent the mixed seafood pasta was average and not bad. Their shrimp pasta with arugula was a joke, I had to laugh it off with the barely cooked penne all 12 of them and a couple obviously frozen shrimp with a sprig of arugula dumped on it, the waiter didn't appreciate my laughing at the food but if you can serve something like that put side of a mall food court you deserve to be laughed at.
All in all is a nice but frustrating place to visit, as others mentioned it is really cheapened buy the constant money grubbing. I don't mind spending but I really don't like to feel taken advantage of. The place just before this beach club looked to be nicer and worth a try.

The food and service is exquisite. The sangria is tasty and refreshing! The atmosphere and views are to die for! I can't wait to go back!

We were in Capri and needed to swim after a tiring morning of walking around the beautiful places of this island. We, stumbled upon a pathway which is around 300 meters from the top. It's a walk, mind you. But once u reach the bottom u need to try this place out. We did not have a reservation but were lucky to get a table and a beach bed. The water is just so magical. The only surprise we had, the restaurant charges a cover charge of 10 euro per person to even dine at the restaurant. But it was worth it. Recommend to reserve a table before you go there.
