Take photos of your car BEFORE leaving the parkign slot. Take them with your phone so GPS and time information are also saved together with the photo.
They wanted me to pay for a damage in the left door of the car, fortunately I made some photos the day I arrived in Sardegna (before leaving the airport parking), and I could prove that it wasn't my fault. Otherwise I'd have had to pay more than €500 for the damage... BE REALLY CAREFUL WITH THEM!!!
