I loved our stay. Rooms are fine, not very spacious, but OK. It's clean. It is close to the center and close to the railway station. What I didn't like are the plastic cups for drinks on breakfast, if there are reusable options, why even offer plastic???

very nice location for visiting Bologna but there is almost no hot water and you cant control the temperature in your room

Well situated, nice shower, nice bed, breakfast better if before 9am to ensure some boiled eggs, friendly staff and with luggage storage!!! Good value for money!
