The most uncomfortable experience I've had. When you are not local and speak in English, do not bother to call them- they hang up call immediately. What a professionality!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Phoned the day before our flight to book at taxi for 4.30am. Was told to phone ten minutes before as they could not prebook a taxi. The next morning, I was hung up on (I guess because I was speaking English) and then they did not answer the phone again. AWFUL way to end our holiday, with a lot of stress and panic!

Our taxy driver was ready even before schedule. The ride was very smooth and the driver was a very nice person. Great experience!

Waited in the heat for 90 mins, a group of us including 7 kids, eventually had to walk from the train station to our hotel. Unfortunately no option to leave 0 stars! Phone was busy when I tried to follow up on our taxi booking. Appaling service.
