Very nice and modern place, very clean and well looked after. Polite and helpful staff especially the owner. Breakfast room well stocked. The only minus is small and cramped parking, but there is another one across the street. I Highly recommend this hotel.

hi I stayed in the berg hotel on Monday 2nd October 2017.it was a lovely family run small hotel.the owner picked us from the airport n later drove us to a wonderful local resteraunt cslledOsteria la gasthaus.
the room was very comfortable and spotless.
Breakfast was a feast with huge assortment of lovely food.
I give the Berg hotel 10 out of 10.
it was because of Ryanair cancelled flight we ended up in milan

This is a very clean hotel with lovely bright good sized rooms located near to the airport and only about a 10 minute bus ride from the city centre. The staff were really friendly and accomodating and provide a shuttle service to the airport (10 Euro) much better than the ridiculously priced taxis ( 20 Euros - 3 kilometers). Breakfast is simple and there is no restaurant but there are a couple of good restaurants just up the street. I particularly like Zucche Dor (quirky and charming) though there are more sophisticated (expensive) ones very nearby if you prefer. Noise travels a bit between rooms probably partly because of the wood laminate flooring but overall a great reasonably priced base to visit the wonderful city of Bergamo.
