Offers a vegan and vegetarian menu which is why we selected it. If you want to eat in the the restaurant itself, a reservation is really required. There is a bistro across the hall which is more relaxed, and serves basically the same food. I would not characterize the vegan/vegetarian food as particularly healthy options compared to what you might traditionally imagine, although it was tasty. The service was not very attentive, but it appeared to be extremely busy, the staff was hustling. The view of the lake and castle are nice, and particularly so at sunset.
