I ordered the taxi for 9pm but it never arrived and when I phoned 20 m later to enquire about it I was told that it's going to be another half an hour before I get my taxi and not one word of apology,the girl at the end of the phone was very rude and I told not to bother anymore so I had to walk down the road and get a taxi.
I was late for one hour to very important occasion.
