Warning! Don't risk booking with this company if you've to be anywhere important! Will leave you in a no show situation!! I ordered a taxi this morning (Saturday 9th January) and the man who took my booking by phone was very polite. I made the call at 8.30am and was ordering for a taxi at 8.55am. This was no problem. Until 9.10am came and there was still no sign of my taxi. So i rang to be answered to by a women who had the most unprofessional manner i've ever heard on a phone in my life, to say the least. And she told me how i hadn't ordered with her so...? And what i should do is grab a taxi on the street. Obviously i asked "but isn't there a taxi on the way for me considering i had booked one for 8.55??" She responded with how it wasn't on the system and that there were no taxis in the area to send to me. Then began having a conversation with some taxi driver regarding collecting me (in the middle of me talking to her) and then came back to me on the line shouting down the phone "get off the phone get off the phone there's a taxi coming!" and hung up!! The taxi man who collected me was very polite and professional and i eventually got to where i needed to be but not without a no show first of all, no booking on the system, and all the rest above that followed. Will never book a taxi with this company again as i could not depend on my taxi to show up, and secondly i don't ever want to have to speak with such a horribly mannered woman like that again if i had to ring to find out why is hasn't arrived. Very unprofessional and a let down. Be warned...
