during just single visit they managed to: mess up my records, promise to send me fixed data per email and never do it so i had to come in person, charge me for procedure they didn't do (because dentist found that the wisdom tooth extraction was terribly difficult and he just wrote down it as a surgical extraction).

I have to say, when I read reviews online about this place, I was a bit scared, but this was the only place I could find that would see patients on Sundays. I managed to make a booking the previous day.
When I got there, it felt like a money hungry company as the dentists didn’t have cabins, but it was more open plan.
I wasn’t impressed by the secretaries that I had to deal with, zero customer service and even though I had my treatment and payment plan confirmed by my insurance, they still tried to charge me full price until I proved my right.
All negative things aside, my dentist Kamil Noor was amazing, she was very sweet and professional, it really felt like she cared and had a sense of humor!
I would definitely go see her again next time!

Always left waiting 20min at appointment time.
They also made a mess of my dental treatment and never checked my insurance policy. Meaning they couldn't do any work after I got time off to see them.

Dentist was very helpful. First she thought I had to get a root canal but she managed to save my tooth with a minor treatment. Value for money. 5 stars!

Very good as dentists go. Seems to be a big variation in the different dentists working there in terms of experience and skill. Prices were much cheaper than anywhere else. Opens Saturday and Sunday which saves taking a half day off work
