Need to get lids that actually for their drinks, ended up loosing a full cup of drink because the lid popped off making me loose it. Apart from that it's new and clean and comfortable. Some screens can be a bit of track though

Love the cinemas here. Prices are reasonable, especially when you book online before hand and plenty of machines to print your tickets when you arrive.
The cinemas themselves are clean, the chairs are super comfortable and stepped so you never get someone's head in the way.
Session times are good and regular and never too crowded.
Only downside is the parking and wish you could validate your ticket and get free parking.

The quality of this cinema is fantastic. The staff are friendly and the food is great. The seats are very comfortable. Check it out!!!

The heating in the Swan cinemas need attention. How many times have I had to go and ask for it to be increased ten minutes after the show has started? Coat still on, I go out to let the (lovely)staff feel my icy hands!
Last night, the 5.50 at La La Land - Screen 6, the usual, I go out, let the guy at the top of the stairs feel how cold my hands are. Persuade him to ask Management to turn up the heating. And hour later, 7pm it was warm enough to take off our coats. Alas, 7.30 the sound of a fan, droughts coming from the ceiling - the Air-conditioning seems to be on... On with our coats again for the last 35 minutes!
