on April 26th i rang him to book appointment for a fitting of a new mirror meter, I asked for Tuesday May 2nd and he agreed 10 am as he said he needed to book the guy to install the meter, that I needed to be there for 10 am sharp as he has to pay the installer. I arrived Tuesday 10 am and he looked at me like I had come from Mars! He denied any form of communication with me and said he already had a booking for 10 am. I said I have travelled from Charleville but it made no difference he said he never agreed to the date and I just left there and then . going somewhere else. I called him back ten minutes later to ask what had caused this and he hung up the phone! not good!
