If I could give this particular vacinty a lower rate than one star I would. One staff member in particular was completely rude and unprofessional!!!! I had a young baby with me and this appeared to be her biggest issue as she DEMANDED he sat into the child seat (which was kindly offered by ANOTHER member of staff who was lovely) my nephew is currently teething as many babies his age are and the only way to sooth him was plenty cuddles while I tried to eat a sandwich and yet this member of staff then proceeded to TELL me not ASK me to keep him in the corner as he couldn't be faced outwards (my nephew was currently out of the seat and in my arms at this stage) ... if this is a "friendly" place to stop for a coffee/food etc in the middle of wilton shopping centre i suggest the staff are trained to approach and speak to the public in a respectful and polite manner ...perhaps a communications course!!!! Otherwise fire her because she's an awful piece of work to be dealing with when there was so much more going on than what she could see...!!!!!!
