Very disappointing experience :
They took 25 minutes to prepare 1 box of tablet without having to change the quantities. The shop was empty and they were 3 staff in the back.
Then I realized they provided 1 box instead of 3 as described on the prescription. My girlfriend (a Nurse) was with me and had a talk with the head pharmacist which was far from being friendly in her explanation and judgement.
I felt I was treated like a sick criminal because I am not a native Irish and will not come back in this place.
All other pharmacies / chemist in Ballincollig were very pleasant do deal with.
