I've been with a number of different gyms over the years but this for me has been the most beneficial. All the coaches bring something unique to the table. That combined with their tailored training sessions has really made my injury rehabilitation a positive and very well supported process :) Can't recommend them highly enough or thank them enough!

Been a member since the end of February, really enjoy coming here and look forward to my sessions every week. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with a focus on quality not quantity. Knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive trainers, you can really tell they enjoy what they do and getting the most out of their clients. Definitely a holistic appraoch to working out. More than just a "gym", great sense of community there too, if you want or need it.

Excellent facility. Not like any gym I've ever been to. Live music on occasions, book club and now healthy eating cookery classes. Getting stronger, fitter, faster every day. Great support from all the team. Check it out. You wont be disappointed.

All the trainers in Aclai have helped me a lot with gaining my confidence back again after repetitive back injuries. With the main focus on form and a specially formed plan for me, I am now able to go and work out on my own without the fear of 'doing my back in again'.
The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, it's a nice change to find out that the trainers know you by name.
Thumbs up, you brilliant good-hearted bunch!
