Very bad experience.
Cold and insufficient heating. My wife caught a cold and we had to leave the hotel the next morning.
The reception's behavior (which is a family member of the owner, or the owner himself) was rude. We couldn't see any smile, both in check in and check out. He didn't accept the responsibility for coldness of rooms.
The rooms were noisy due to being close to the street and due to not having two-layer windows.
There were positive points for the hotel that were useless for me, because of my wife's sickness. Positive points for this hotel are being clean and being near to Naghsh-e-Jahan historical square. The behavior of other staff (except reception) was good.

The hotel room is actually a small apartment with a sleeping and living room. The living room contains a kitchen (not equipped), but we received a pan/pot after asking. We payed $48 for the first two nights and $40 for the last night (breakfast not included - it costs $5 p.P). Since everything is really clean, the apartment is spacious and the staff friendly, we enjoyed staying at Hasht Behest Hotel.

Truly awesome place to stay in. Spent there a week - staff was extremely helpful with everything - money exchange, really late takeaways and finding parking space. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Will definitely come back!
