Like hardcore gym (the other alternative) Max gym has pretty much all the gear you'll need, except for really heavy dumbbells. Both gyms are surprisingly well equipped and cheap to use. Of the two hardcore is slightly better equipped, cheaper (20k instead of 25k), provides a towel and has some air conditioning. Max is more spacious and less congested to get to. Despite some air con at hardcore both guns are sufficiently hot that you'll end up doing a sort of sweaty bikram yoga type workout. We got used to that by the end.
We ended up using both gyms simply because of where we were located on a given day, though hardcore is objectively the better gym...
