Comfy lounge of Garuda sales and customer services with golf field view. I surprisingly got better price of international flight tickets as there was apparently discount for payment by using particular debit cards.

Nice lounge to book and purchase garuda tickets. Nice and helpful staffs. Recently move to 6th floor, smaller but sufficient to accomodate the customers.

It looks big, spacious with a nice touch of interior design, but somehow the service is not as good as the in-flight service. Expect low response, although many customer desk opened, the qeueing is crazy. Some desks even don't have standby staff.

This is one of the biggest garuda center in Indonesia. It has comfortable lounge to wait, but the service is still very, very bad. The waiting time is crazy even if it's not crowded. There're many counters but usually some of them are close -_-
