The food is good, it kinda sweet but i like it. The ambience is lovely, really simple and feel homey.. would recommend kiku set and ice cream for dessert

Since 1969, whoa.. Japan old style atmosphere when entering this restaurant with the background music and interior design. Food is delicious, the price is a bit high.

They said this is the oldest and first Japanese restaurant in Indonesia. The owner is Japanese who married with local, so the taste must be very authentic. But nope, the first impression was not great.
I ordered chicken katsu set and the taste is not so authentic like another washoku I've tried in Japan, and Tamagoyaki also too salty. The service is super slow, I've been waiting for an hour to get my order served. I asked the waiter to refill my ocha, and it also took sooooo long. The price is bit over for not-so-authentic Japanese food and slow service.

Best Japanese for me. No hassle not too many unknown weird names. 1969, retro at its best!

Since 1969 wow! Reasonable price. Small selection of sushi roll. Actually they only have 2 types of sushi. I ordered salmon sushi and sushi roll. Both are good.
