The pillow they use is hard and it's difficult to sleep with that. And free breakfast covers only tea, coffee and bread. Service is too bad, staffs are lazy to work

The hotel looks okay when you see its lobby and appearance. It is located in a main road to/from Jakarta centre, so no surprise for having traffic jams during rush hour. Don't expect that you can find good food or restaurants here, even though it's beside a main road. Thus, feed yourself in somewhere else before you go back to the hotel. Otherwise, you only can spend more money eating bad food in the hotel's restaurant. I suffered many times. = ="
The room rate and its room are comparably reasonable. The facilities within are kind of old. Sometimes you would find dirty bed sheet or bedquilt. You only can keep the complaints in mind when the price is not high. = =
The breakfast is Indonesian style. I dislike it. Normally I just drank coffee/juice and eat fruits. Being a person from a country with a lot of good food, I feel very pathetic every time when I eat there.
