I stayed on weekend for leisure. Even though for leisure, i always expect quite room in the hotel. That is why i always put additional note about quite room while book the room. This hotel is good on follow up on what time the guest will come, they called me previously. And they provide me the room on quite floor. However when i came into the room, the aircon is till hot and next to my first room there was a family whose their kids actively scream in their room. My question to the staff is: Of course they know that the hotel is not too soundproof, but then why they put that family with small kids at quite floor? I asked reception to change my room then, good thing is they really helped me with this. But then the kids didn't stop there. they started to run around the alley in front of my room. I thought the parents did not even understand what SHHHH sign on the wall. They just let their kids scream and run around. So i think it needs to come to hotel's attention that putting guests with kids at quite floor is not necessary, it will definitely disturb other guests. I did not expect the total soundproof room, i understand that the weakness of 3 stars hotel. Even though the other facilities and service are nice, regretfully i am not able to say that i had an enjoyable stay.

nice and warm hotel with modern style hotel.. i'm repeater guest to Neo Samadikun hotel when i'm in cirebon.. just keep it up with service and food.. it would be nice.. thanks.

Food is good. Place is easy to find and not so isolated. The service is good and the people working there are friendly.

pretty good. Room big enough and clean. No problem found. Hotel provide driver to Train Station to. Sadly can't enjoy the breakfast since my train went before breakfast time. Hope another time I can take away the breakfast :D

This hotel is the best! The location is great and the price is good. They also have super fast-response room service that makes me and my family feel so comfortable staying here. The front desk is friendly and quick when processing my check-in and check out. Also, the room is very clean and neat. Will definitely stay in here again!
