For some reason they have many technological malfunction. The staff is not trained enough and the atmosphere isn't good

One of the rudest exchange i had in Indonesia. "Sir is closed" me "but it is 5:30 pm on Saturday" Him "I dont have a watch. But it is after 9 pm for the staff we decided to close" - waow bad faith at 110% and with a very rude tone. Will not come again.
