Hotel:
The lobby and bathrooms felt pretty luxurious (marbled floors and bellboy almost 24 h). Room was spacious, a bit stuffy as I had a closed balcony, drainage was bad. The cable TV offer less channels than a 3-star hotel and didnt have a hairdryer. Strategic area opposite to a number of factory outlets. Breakfast was way to salty. Service was slow, although there were more staffs than the hotel guests. Reasonably priced but not really a 4-star.
Cafe:
Decent food, extra slow service, but do ask if something is in stock.
