Staying here for business. The room was okay. But for whatever reason cannot get 2 keys so you have to wait for your room mate to get into your room, because the receptionist won't help to open the door for you either. I have no idea what's the purpose of having my ID at check-in.
The buffet for breakfast was poor, you have to ask everything you need for basic breakfast except bread & butter. Don't expect to get eggs, coffee or tea on the table.
Another thing: elevators was dead slow.

Convenient with direct bus to and from Soekarno Hatta Airport. Nice pool area and overall clean

These 3 stars is for the ballroom for wedding purposes. Last time it was too croud plus the space is not so big.
You need to consider the space and the summary of people that can be contained.
I didn't get any food there. I went outside to find any restaurant

I just attended a training in this hotel ballroom. It is a new hotel. Good meeting room but the carpet is not that clean as expected. The room is small but clean.

A nice superior room... with free wifi, lots tv channels... comfort and cozy place to stay... Hot water available for 24 hours.. So.., Even you did not stay much in the room, you will feel glad to find the hot water available there anytime you need to bath.
There's a traffic jam in the way to the hotel due to construction of a flyover there.. so you need to re schedule your plan earlier anywhere you go..
